Why are smooth flowing meridians the best nourishment?

Why are smooth flowing meridians the best nourishment?

“Removing the excess and replenishing the deficiency” is a principle of health management advocated in Chinese medicine. Some people assume that PaidaLajin removes the excess but does not replenish the deficiency, and dare not try intensive PaidaLajin for an extended period, fearing that it might reduce their already deficient energy. This is a misconception.

The magic of PaidaLajin is that it brings about both effects. Once the self-healing power is activated through PaidaLajin, it will proceed to do its job of removing the excess and replenishing the deficiency. This is a basic feature of the PaidaLajin self-healing method. The intensity of Paida can be adjusted according to specific symptoms, occasions, and personal needs—soft
Paida replenishes the deficiency and heavy Paida removes the excess.

When it comes to “replenishing the deficiency,” many people think about eating. Chinese people have infinite reasons to eat, and they especially love nourishing foods and supplements. When a Chinese person gets sick, their first thought is to have something nutritious. And gifts between Chinese people are primarily various foods and supplements. But are they nourishing the body or growing diseases? Indeed, many illnesses are “created” by excessive eating, drinking, or taking too many supplements.

Here is a great secret: When the meridians in the
body are blocked, excessive consumption of nice foods and supplements often does not nourish the body, but instead cultivates conditions that make a person sick, such as fat, lumps, phlegm, tumors, inflamed tissues, cold-dampness, and more. These  abnormalities need nutrition to grow, and like the wild grass in a rice field, have greater vitality and are better at grabbing nutrition than normal cells. They can grow faster when a patient blindly takes supplements.

Here is a real-life example. A woman almost self-healed uterine fibroids by practicing PaidaLajin, but then she was advised to take supplements. She spent heavily on sheep placenta injections, and the uterine fibroids grew bigger again.

As we all know, all medication is more or less toxic. Avoid them unless absolutely necessary. Vitamins, calcium tablets, and other supplements are no exception—they are not desserts, and taking too much can cause many health problems. The many recalls of drugs and supplements nowadays are telling signs of their possible risks.

How, then, should we nourish our body?

When the roads, gas, water, and power lines in a city are blocked, i.e., when a city gets sick, can we solve the problem by increasing the supply of vehicles, gas, water, and electricity? Of course not. The pressing task is to clear the roads and dredge the pipelines. Similarly, all diseases are caused by meridian blockages. Unblocking the clogged meridians heals. Where there are
blockages in the meridians, nutrition cannot reach where it is supposed to go. The blockages are where the abnormal life forms are. When they grab nutrition and grow wildly, diseases will proliferate. Once the meridian blockages are cleared through PaidaLajin, the body’s self-healing mechanism will methodically disintegrate these abnormalities, regulate Qi and blood circulation, and redistribute nutrition. Your body will automatically remove the excess and replenish the deficiency.

“Replenishing the deficiency” does not merely
refer to taking more nutrients. For instance, reducing food intake and fasting enhances your health by removing toxins and abnormal growths in your body. Only when the meridian system is cleared of blockages can the nutrients and Yang energy reach where they are supposed to go. It is like clearing the roads and pipelines in a city. Imagine if the oil tube linked to the engine is blocked, can you add more gasoline and make the car run faster?

More importantly, PaidaLajin does not just
detoxify by unblocking meridians. The Qi enhanced during PaidaLajin disintegrates the toxins and alien life forms, and transforms them. Waste becomes nutrition, and thus enemies become friends. PaidaLajin “kills several birds with one stone”—detoxifying, boosting energy level, and reducing excess fat. In scientific language, PaidaLajin stimulates hormonal changes in the body, allowing the body to produce many stem cells and useful hormones, such as insulin, endorphin and enkephalin, while
at the same time decomposing and eliminating harmful cells and hormones, such as tumors, phlegm, and cold-dampness. The whole process is a perfect, seamless artwork of the self-healing power in us.

To conclude, of all the ways to nourish the body, unblocking the blocked meridians is the best and most direct way to do so. Again, “removing the excess” and “replenishing the deficiency” is by no means a simple mathematical exercise of addition and subtraction. It happens automatically when the innate self-healing mechanism works at its best with the meridian blockages removed.

“Treating diseases” and “treating fate”

PaidaLajin is effective in relieving or curing joint pains, acute or chronic, especially in the shoulders, lower back, buttocks, knees, and legs. What about chronic diseases? Can PaidaLajin self-heal “a hundred diseases,” including cancer?

The answer is that PaidaLajin can help self-heal thousands of diseases.

Here, the numbers are used to indicate the wide scope of PaidaLajin’s applicability. It does not mean that it can thoroughly cure just anyone. No therapy in the world carries that promise. PaidaLajin cannot cure those who disbelieve it or do not practice it diligently. In medical practice, medicine is normally prescribed to target a particular disease. But PaidaLajin is neither
medicine nor a medical practice. It is a way to activate the self-healing mechanism in us. It has no specific target, but enables the mechanism to  automatically prevent, diagnose, and self-heal diseases. And the “medicine” thus produced in vivo is organic and has no side effects.

Your life, and its quality, is in your own hands,
and the key lies in your ways of thinking. That is
why therapists often say, “We treat diseases, but
not fate.” If you disbelieve PaidaLajin or practice
it only when terminally ill, isn’t it your “fate”?
You see, the Chinese character “命” means both
life and fate.

Nonetheless, people’s lives, and yours, can be
transformed through a change of mind. Those
who conscientiously practice PaidaLajin have
already changed their mind. Confidence,
determination, patience, doubt, fear, and
contradiction all reflect changes in the mind. The
efficacies of PaidaLajin vary from one to another
, as people have different states of mind.
Fluctuations in one’s health condition, Paida
Lajin duration and intensity, and other factors are
all related to the mind.

Why is sickness often accompanied with bad luck, while recovery from illness seems to bring good luck? This law of life is well worth contemplation.

A Chinese adage goes,“ all diseases are created and can thus be healed by the Heart.” “Treating diseases” is “healing the Heart.” Self-healing diseases is scripting your own fate. That is why we advocate “My Health, I Manage!”
